Which data do we process?

• Data you enter in the contact form or when booking a call: name, email address, phone number, organisation and your message.
• Data you give us yourself by email or phone.
• Technical data about your visit, such as pages viewed and type of device. This only happens if you give permission in the cookie settings.
• Your language preference and your cookie choice.

What do we use your data for?

• To respond to your question and schedule an introduction call.
• To prepare and carry out quotes and services.
• To comply with legal obligations.
• To improve our website, based on anonymous statistics and only with your permission.

On what basis do we process data?

We process data based on your consent (statistics), the preparation or performance of an agreement (your request), our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries and securing our website, and legal obligations.

How does your message reach us?

Our forms open your own email app with a prefilled message to info@rebyc.nl. The website itself does not store the contents of the form. The message only leaves your device when you send the email.

How long do we keep data?

We do not keep data longer than needed for the purpose for which you gave it. We generally keep messages and requests for a maximum of two years after our last contact, unless a legal retention obligation or an ongoing assignment requires longer.

Do we share data with others?

We do not sell your data. We only share data with parties that help us deliver our services, such as our hosting provider (Vercel) and our email provider, and only as far as necessary. We make agreements with these parties about protecting your data.

Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. The website is only available over a secure connection (HTTPS).

Your rights

Send your request to info@rebyc.nl. We respond within four weeks and may ask you to confirm your identity first.
